How can I book a session?
Individual therapy sessions can be booked through our online booking system.
What are your hours of work?
Our core hours are: Monday 1-8pm, Tuesday 1-8pm, Thursday 10-5am, Saturday 10-5am.
How much do sessions cost?

How are remote sessions delivered?
Remote sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams and therefore you will need a suitable phone or device and a reliable internet connection to engage with individual therapy. An email containing the session link will be sent out in advance of our session.
What if I need to cancel a session?
We understand that sometimes commitments change and it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel a session. We kindly request that sessions are rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours of notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. Missed sessions are non-refundable. Please email [email protected] if you need to cancel a session.
